About The Event
The Spiritual Development Committee will be facilitating the next 5-week group discussion meeting starting on Tuesday, 7-11-2023 from 6:30 to 7:30 pm in the Church Office and on Zoom. We will be discussing the book, White Fragility, Why It’s So Hard for White People to Talk About Racism by Robin DiAngelo. DiAngelo, an antiracist educator, is a white person speaking to white people. She illuminates the phenomenon of “white fragility” to help them unlearn their implicit biases and work to engage more constructively. The book may be purchased on Amazon for $10.95.
